Retired & Senior Citizens Brotherhood (popularly known as RSCB) having its registered office at B1C/56A, Janakpuri, New Delhi (India) is an organization of, for and by the Senior Citizens, formed on 6th of December 2005. The Association comprises retired persons from Government or private sector organizations, self employed professionals and businessmen in age group of 60 and above. RSCB was registered with the Registrar of Societies (ROC), Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) Delhi on 23.05.2007 vide Registration No. S/58695/2007.
The need to form such an organization arise due to insufficient health care and recreational facilities available for senior citizens in our society. Moreover, due to change in family system and approach, emotional needs of senior citizens not taken care of and there was feeling of loneliness amongst senior citizens. Situation become worse by passing of time due to aging issues resulting memory loss and depression etc. Keeping in view of all round welfare of Senior citizens, the following activities being conducted by our Association.

The Management of the R&SCB is vested in the Executive Committee constituted as per the Byelaws of the R&SCB . Details of the current body are given in the attachment.
Any person, retired from Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/ MNC/Banks/ Bussiness /Profession or Household above the age of 60 years, can join. At Present, the Life Membership for single or spouse is Rs. 1,000/-
Magazine is published with an interval of four months i.e. 3 issues in a year. It contains information regarding forthcoming domestic and international tours, local picnic, information on Pension, Health Care, Dearness Relief, Income Tax and other matters of common interest.
