The Retired & Senior Citizens Brotherhood (Regd.) (A Premier Organisation devoted exclusively to the cause of Senior Citizens) was formed on 23rd May, 2007. It was the outcome of dedicated efforts of a small group of retired persons with flair for social work. The Association was got registered with Registrar of Societies, Govt. of NCT of Delhi under Societies Registration Act of XXI,1860.

Initially the Association activities started with sustained efforts to seek redressal of Pensioners’ grievances regarding Health Care facilities mainly CGHS. The success in this regard attracted more & more retirees joining the initiative. But as the membership grew, so that the scope of issues concerning this class reverentially called Senior Citizens.
