Retired & Senior Citizens Brotherhood (Regd.)
The Retired & Senior Citizens Brotherhood (Regd.) (A Premier Organisation devoted exclusively to the cause of Senior Citizens) was formed on 23rd May, 2007. It was the outcome of dedicated efforts of a small group of retired persons with flair for social work. The Association was got registered with Registrar of Societies, Govt. of NCT of Delhi under Societies Registration Act of XXI,1860.
MANAGEMENT :
The Management of the R&SCB is vested in the Executive Committee constituted as per the Byelaws of the R&SCB . Details of the current body are given in the attachment.
MEMBERSHIP :
Any person, retired from Govt./Semi Govt./PSU/ MNC/Banks/ Bussiness /Profession or Household above the age of 60 years, can join. At Present, the Life Membership for single or spouse is Rs. 1,000/-
OUR PUBLICATION :
Magazine is published with an interval of four months i.e. 3 issues in a year. It contains information regarding forthcoming domestic and international tours, local picnic, information on Pension, Health Care, Dearness Relief, Income Tax and other matters of common interest.
Baisakhi Milan
Baisakhi Milan is celebrated on Sunday, which falls on or after Baisakhi Day on 13th April every year.
R&SCB invites our Golden Age members (80 plus in age) on 1st October every year for a get-together.
Annual Day Celebration
We celebrate this event every year on Sunday falling on or after 9th December, which is Foundation Day of our Association.
